Rules:
1. A full scrim is 5v5. No more, no less. If one of your players disconnect or there are any problems, you may call a rematch. The rematch can only be called before the beginning of the 4th round AND the team must leave before the beginning of the 4th round. After a team asks for a rematch 3 or more times, you have the option to decline. After a rematch takes place you must suicide to the previous score.
2. In a tie game, both teams will agree on a map, and a single side will be played, both teams will remain where they are (if they were on red, they stay red; if they were on blue, stay blue) for the side.
3. No hacking, glitching, or cheating in any way. If you are asked to FRAPS, it is required that you do. Failure to do so will result in possible devouch on the channel 13 list. Do not complain about lagging, or whatever the hell your computer may do when you record. You have to put up with it, or face your clan being devouched.
4. To win a scrim, you must beat the opposing team's score in a total of four sides, unless one team reaches 15 wins by the end of the third side. (score is 15-x by the end of the third side of the scrim)
5. No illegal flashes. (Throwing flashes high into the air, where even people inside of buildings may be flashed). If a player is suspected of illegal flashing, make a video of it, where it will be reviewed by the "Channel 13 Top Players Council," and Topic will announce the final decision.
6. Ringers cannot be used to acquire a vouch.
7. To get on the list, you must obtain and send in a screen shot of you beating someone on the list.

No SRG/Mulan/PSU

No Desperado
No glitching, hacking or tapping whatsoever
